Maria, actually, Philippines passport holders can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of no more than 14 days.
However, if you want to stay longer, you can apply for an entry permit as dependants. You need to prepare those documents including the application form, your recent photograph, your passport and its copy, relationship certificate such as the birth certificate of your son or daughter, or census record book etc. If your son or daughter is your sponsor, the completed application form, photocopy of the sponsor's Hong Kong identity card, proof of the sponsor’s financial standing, and proof of the sponsor’s accommodation are needed.
