I'm from Indonesia, can I have visa on arrival in Baiyun airport?

How much I have to pay for the voa? And how about the schedule for the voa?
How much taxi fare from the airport to Culture Park?

If you are not in an urgent case, I’m afraid you cannot get a VOA. I suggest you apply for it in advance.

Taking a taxi may cost you CNY100.
