Do I have enough time for the flight transfer?

Hi I am booked to arrive in PEK with BA flight landing at 10:30 and I will be traveling to FOC I am currently looking to book a flight with Xiamen Airlines that departs at 13:30 do I have enough time to go through immigration, customs, collect my luggage change terminals check in and make the flight ???? Any help would be much appreciated as I have not yet booked my internal flight
