From BJ south, you can take metro line 4 to Xuanwumen and then line 2 to Dongzhimen and finally the airport express to the airport. The price would be around CNY30 per person.

just take airport express bus which  will take direct to capital airport. you will get it from the North exit. It will only cost 24yuan and dont have to change anywhere.
