About:China Visa

I am from pakistan I am in usa now on b2 visa I already visted china in December

can I apply for tourist L type entry permit for PRC from new york with my multiple usa B2 because I have my return ticket thorough bejing is it possible for me to apply for tourist L type from new york??

Dear, actually, if you just transit in Beijing for less than 24 hours, you can enjoy 24 hours direct transit. In this way, you don’t need to apply for tourist L type.
If you stop over in Beijing for more than 24 hours, you should apply for L or G type entry permit and it’s possible for you to apply for it in New York.

The basic required documents for L and G types are alike: the passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a recently-taken passport-style color photo, the valid entry permit to USA. Other documents vary a little bit:
For L type: round trip air tickets, accommodation reservation
For G type: the confirmed flight tickets

Actually, if you just transit in Beijing, you can apply for G type. You just need to provide the confirmed flight tickets.
