About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

connecting flight in Beijing from Geneva to Phuket.

I'm on air china flight from Geneva to PEK and connecting to Air China to Phucket. Do is still need to go through customs and immigration?

Are my luggages are automatically moved to the next flight or do I need to take them in Beijing then to regitry again in Beijing for the next flight to Phuket?

No, you don't need to go through custom inspection and immigration if your stopover is within 24 hours. The correct procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Having your passport stamped at Tranfer Desk (Exempt from Inspection) - Security Check - Waiting & Boarding.
In addition, you don't need to recollect the luggage at PEK.
