during business visit in Hong Kong how can go to mainland China?

Hi i am Pakistani Passport holder and having UAE Resident permit. Now i am at going to business visa to hong kong. Can i get Business entry permit from Hong Kong for mainland PRC for one week. I have short time i can not apply in UAE. if i apply from Hong Kong which documents i need?
