Tourist Visa to China- Sri Lankan Passports

Hi, Do I need to obtain an entry permit to visit PRC for 15 days as a tourist. I hold a Sri Lankan passport.

Madhu, yeah, you need to apply for one to visit PRC. And you should apply for tourist L type. It requires those documents including your passport, the application form, a recent bareheaded color photo, and your travel itinerary, as well as a letter from the local travel agency or other travel organizer, “invitation letter for tourist” from Chinese Tourist Bureau, and financial support documents within recent 3 months.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Much appreciated.
I just read in a document that some countries are exempted from having to obtain entry permit to China Main land if it is less than 30 days.
