Bus from Laodabao, Lancang to Lincang

Is there a bus connection from Laodabao / Lancang to Lincang. We will be visiting the Lancang area, and then heading to Weishan, and thought it would be nice to visit Lincang on the way. The question is how can we best get to Lincang from Lincang?

There are buses from Lancang Coach Station to Lincang at 07:00, 08:30, 09:00, and 11:30. From Laodabao to the coach station, you need to hail a car.
