About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

For getting a Japanese Visa

Hello,
I am Barua from Wuhan, Hubei, a Bangladeshi national planning to participate a conference in Japan. I have invitation letter from organizer. Do I need to go to Beijing to get Japanese entry permit? Is there any alternative way to get it without going Beijing? Please response anyone who knows very well. Waiting for hearing from expert.

Dear, as far as I know, you must find an agency specified by the embassy to do it for you. In this case, you may not need to go to Beijing. You can contact with the embassy of Japan in Beijing and learn about more information and see if there is an agency in Wuhan. Tel: 010-8531-9800 or 010-6532-2007.
