Visa for Philippine passport holder

hi! i'm from Philippines. I'm planning to go to Shenzhen from Hongkong next year.. do i need to apply for a visa? I'll be staying there for 1 night then will go back to hongkong. thanks!!!

Although you are eligible for the visa on arrival at the border, there is a high possibility of being denied. So I strongly recommend you apply for a China visa in your home country in advance.
