shanghai to hangzhou by bullet train?

hii,i have booked a hotel around nanjing road in shanghai and decide to visit there next day by bullet,which railway is nearest,is that shanghai railway or shanghai hongqiao?and can i just buy the ticket at the time i have a trip or a day before?Then in hangzhou,which railway satation nearest Shangcheng?Thanks.

There are only two high speed depart from shanghai station, others (more than 100 rides) all depart from shanghai hongqiao, even if your hotel is near to shanghai station, you may still need to depart from shanghai hongqiao station. Hangzhou station is closer to shangcheng, but more rides arrive at east station.
