About:Visa Policy of China

Is it permissible to leave airport?

Citizen of Philippines enroute to Japan from US on Eastern China Airlines with two 13 hour layovers.

Mill, if you qualify for the 24-hour free transit, you can leave the airport by applying a temporary stay permit there for free. However, I'm not sure about whether you are eligible for this policy. Your description is kind of ambiguous. What do you mean by "two 13 hours layovers"? Is your layover more than 24 hours? If so, you may not use the 24-hour free transit.
