About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Can you get the 10 year visa in United States before leaving?

Hi,

Our baby was recently born in United States. We (parents) hold Australian passports with ETSA entry permit for 90 days only. We have business operations in China and would like to bring our new born back there.

It’s possible to get it. First, you should apply for a US passport for the baby. And then submit the required docuemtns to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
