Pakistani man want to marry Chinese girl

Respected sir. Im pakistani passport holder but i was born in uae and have been there all my life and then went to china for studying mbbs, after two years i was unable to learn something medical and was completely unsatisfied with the education there so i decided to leave medicine and do something else in PRC. Then i went to another university to study chinese language and it was 4 years course. Where i met a chinese girl and then we want to get married and live in PRC. I left my university and visa expired so i came to pakistan with her to meet my family and then we decided to marry in PRC first and then in pakistan. So i went to embassy of PRC in islamabad but they said we need marriage certificate. Now i want to marry her and then go to PRC with her. Please sir inform me in details if possible that what are the documents required for getting married with her and where should i apply for the marriage with her. What does she need to bring from PRC with her. And how much time does it take to get marriage certificate in pakistan. Plus can i get an entry permit on the marriage ceritifcate？ if yes then what kind of it and how much time would it take for me getting it and for how long will it be valid? Thanks alot sir

Ali, you cannot get married at the PRC embassy in your country. Instead, you should go to a relevant organization where in your country people register their marirage. And you can learn about details for the documents to be prepared by your girlfriend. After you get a marriage certificate, you can have the certicated notarized by a notary public first and then attested by the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Then you should go to the PRC embassy to authenticate your marriage certificate. After all steps are done, it's possible for you to apply for a Q type at the embassy, which allows you to go to PRC again. It usually takes four working days to deal with the application and you don't need to pay.

Thx alot sir But im still not clear. I want to know if she comes here and gets married with me. Can i apply for chinese q type with pakistani marriage certificate? Because i have heard some kind of news from some people that i cant apply for q type until i have got chinese marriage certificate? Is that true ? I need to go with her to live there.

Hey, man, it’s possible for you to apply for Q type with Pakistan marriage certificate, but you need to first get the certificate authenticated by both Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy of PRC in your country.
