I am already in china, is it possible if I can get single certificate from pakistan consulate here?

Asif, no, you can't get it from Pakistan consulate in PRC.
The unmarried certificate should be issued by Union Council/Municipal Ward from where you live in Pakistan.
Or you can get the marital status Affidavit from your parents or family, while it should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.0
