About:Beijing Capital International Airport

I am flying to Taipei via Peking with Air China.

I will have a 13 hour layover at Capital airport, so I want to meet my friend there. If I check out is it enough time? I will arrive in Terminal 3. If I teach my friend I will arrive Terminal 3 does she can find me? Please help me!

Oh, yes. 13 hour layover is enough to meet ur friend, counting the check-out and recheck-in time. Just ask your friend to await you at the Arrival Hall of T3. You won't get lost. Or you can meet at a cafe or fast food resto in the public area of T3, such as KFC, Mcdonald's and UBC Cafe.
