hi i want to work in china and want my family be with me how it will possible show me right path

Kamranm, you need to find a company to hire you and get you a work license as well as an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit of government. Then you apply for a work Z visa and your family can apply for a dependant S type entry permit together with you. After you enter, you need to convert the Z and S types to a residence permit.
