collection ticket counter opening time

i have booked the trip at 7.30 to Guilin and need to pick up it on the departure date.
what's the opening time of the collection counter? And what's time that i can pick up it?

The counter opens all the time as long as there are trains enter or depart from the station. You could go to the station 40min before your travel time.

I land at 5am at the Baiyun Airport. Are taxis available at this time to bring me to the Guangzhou South Station before 7:00AM? Thanks.

Taxi would be OK at that time, with out traffic problem at that time, it may take you about 1 hour to 90min on the way.
