hi..what is the different between splendid china and china folk culture village? in the same place?

They are two different scenic areas. But they are close to each other. Thus the entrance ticket contains these two scenic areas together.
About the difference, Splendid China has over 80 major tourist attractions which have been miniaturized and laid out according to the famous attractions of chian and other countries. Most attractions have been reduced on a scale of 1:15.
For the village, it is China's first large-scale cultural tourist attraction consisting of different folk art, customs, and architecture, including 25 villages of 22 ethnic nationalities built according to a 1:1 proportion.
