You can take direct long-distance bus from Fangcun Bus Station. The bus schedules are 09:30, 11:00, 14:20, 17:10, 18:00 and 20:00. It costs CNY 58 per person.
BTW, there are many bullet trains between the two cities. They cost more but saves time. You can check the details on this website.1
