About:Hong Kong MTR - Tuen Ma Line

How to go from Ha Che (Pat Heung) to the Gold Coast?

Do I take the minibus to Yuan Long, than take the metro to Tuen Mun?
And how do I go on to the beach? By bus?
Any tips for a nice part of the beach?
ThanX!

About the transportation, you can take bus no. 77K at Chuk Hang, get off at Yoho Town. Then transfer to bus no.53 to Gold Coast directly. It takes around 90 mins with the ticket fare of 16.1 HKD per person.
Beside several restaurants and hotels nearby the beach, you can take a walk on Marine parade. It must be an enjoyable experience. Have fun!

As I found out, there are several good alternatives, except for 77K + 53:
- take metro to Tuen Mun (exit D, to the busses), then bus K53 (leaves under the metro/shopping mall), direction So Kwun Wat (otherwise, you're not going to the beach ;) )
Bus K53 only drives two times an hour.
- take metro to Tuen Mun (exit D), then bus K51, direction Tai Lam. You have to cross the street for that, otherwise, you'll be going the wrong direction. K51 comes once every 10 - 15 minutes.
- Furthermore, there are minibusses, but I don't have any exact bus numbers.
The Gold Coast is nice for a swim, water quality is O.K. to good - but water quality at Hong Kong Island or e.g. Sai Kung is better!
