how can i meet them on their arrival?

I will arrive PVG (UL) on 11th night and my other members will arrive (CA) on 13th morning. Please let me know how to proceed to join them on their arrival.

Well, after they landing at the airport, you can meet them at the International Arrial Hall on 13th morning. After collecting your luggage, you can find a hotel nearby the airport and wait your family members.
