Hi, can i apply for tourist type to hk without passport? Its may first time to apply for a passport, and its still on process. Can i go to hk with just tourist one in my hand?

Dear, if you don’t have passport, how can you apply for visit entry permit to HK? If you hold Philippines passport, you can enter HK freely for no more than 14 days. You just need to take enough travel fee, your passport and return tickets with you. It is more convenient.
