I am a Belgium citizen having a Belgian passportI am flying from Bangkok via Hong Kong (1 hour transit) to BeijingI am staying for 24 hours only in BeijingI am flying than from Beijing to Hong Kong and stay there for one night in KowloonI am flying the next day back to BangkokCan I utilize the 72 hour free entry yes or no as Hong Kong is listed as a third country/region?

Marc, sorry, you cannot utilize the 72 hour free entry since you fly from HK to Beijing and then back to HK. In this case, HK cannot be regarded as a third country/region.
