About:Embassy & Consulate of Brazil in China

Is it Possible to apply for a Student visa for Brazil being an Indian Citizen here in Beijing?

I am currently pursuing a PhD here in Beijing but, at the same time, I've been offered a PhD in Brazil. I want to move to Brazil in March. Is it possible to apply for student entry permit from Beijing being an Indian citizen but residing in Beijing since August 2014?

Dear, yeah, it’s possible for you to apply for it in Beijing, but excluding other relevant required documents, you need to provide proof of your residence in Beijing for more than one year and non-criminal certificate issued by the local public security bureau.
