i am trying to see if anywhere in beijing or shanghai has a way to touch or hold a panda. thx

Oh, I am sorry to tell you that neither of them has a place with panda holding offer. As I know, only Panda Valley in Dujiangyan, Sichuan Province can provide panda holding service. Generally speaking, the fare is CNY 1800 to 2000 per time. You can go and see.
