About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

what type of visa do i need???

I am traveling to Thailand and my plane is arriving at Guangzhou, Baiyun before taking off to thailand. i am in the united states. ill be in thailand for a week before i fly back to the states and will again land in Guangzhou.
