Tourist travel on M Visa

I have a Multi-entry 'M' type, and intend to travel to China as a tourist for a one off trip, can I use the 'M' type for this as I can only have a single current entry permit, ie can't have both 'L' & 'M' types?

You are right, Greg! You can only have one entry permit at hand. You can use this M type to tour in PRC. No problems will arise if you behave in a cautious manner.
