About:China Visa Application in USA

Can I process my visa in person at New York consulate or only Houston since I'm a Florida resident ?

I'm a US citizen with my home in Florida. I will be visiting NY and would like to know if the Chinese consular in NY can process my application for tour to China (single entry for 3 months)?

Howard, you have to submit your application to the consulate in Houston. The New York consulate won't accept your application.
