Tansfer to T3 beijing airport

Hi, i am arrive in PEK from delhi at 11.25 and leaving 15.50 to tokyo both by air china. What is the produce and way through T3?

Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures (get your boarding pass) - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection (get a stamp on your passport) - Waiting & Boarding
