Hi Shakshit, if you stop over in Shanghai for no more than 24 hours, you don't need it.

Sir, My trip is as follow
First fly from India to Seoul, Korea & Stop Shanghai for 2 Hours

Then I will fly from Korea to shanghai and stay in shanghai for 4 days

Then will back from Shanghai to india

Is it OK if I have single entry visa of both countries?

Yes, it's ok that you have only single-entry permit of both countries. When you transit in Shanghai for the first trip, you need to tell the officer that you don't intend to use this single-entry permit and you only stay for 2 hours.
