Are there any weight restrictions on baggage per person using the Maglev from airport to Shanghai ?

According to the official information, the carrying belongings shall not exceed 23 kg weight. In addition, volume should not exceed 0.2 cubic meter and length shall not exceed 5.5 feet (1.7 meter).
