About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is the 72-hr visa-free transit service counter at Beijing airport open 24 hr?

My flight will arrive in Beijing ~10pm, Just wonder if they still be open. Thx.

Thank you Alex.

I also want to confirm if we are qualify for 72-hr visa- free in Beijing.
We will be flying into Saigon from Los Angeles on 3/24/16. Then on 4/14/16 fly from Saigon -> Beijing. Depart Beijing back to Los Angeles on 4/17/16. ( ~ 63 hrs in Beijing ).
