About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

HKG-HARBIN-MACAU

I've done HKG-PEK-MACAU visa free before, but I want to the same to Harbin. However, as there are no direct flights to Harbin from either city, need to do a stopover in PVG or PEK for a few hours.

Is 72 hours free transit in Harbin therefore still applicable?!

Richard, if you want to use 72h free transit policy, you can only transit in one mainland city. That is to say, you can't stop in other cities except Harbin if you want to be eligible.
