ReplyJackie, the average temperatures in these three months are 48F, 59F and 68F, according to previous records. Generally speaking, it seldom rains because it is in dry season. I think you should bring a thin sweater, thick and thin jackets, shirts, jeans and T shirts. In March, you need to wear thick jacket and sweater.
