Is it compulsory to be in a organized group tour to enter that region similar to going Lhasa ? Thanks

According to previous weather statistics, the temperature may range from 30 F to 50 F during that period of time. It will have several sunny days. You are suggested to wear overcoats, sweaters, pants, boots, thermal underwear and scarves in order to adapt large temperature difference.
