About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can an Indonesian passport holder get a 72-hour transit visa on arrival?

Hi there, I'm an Indonesian passport holder with an Permanent Residence (Indefinite) of New Zealand. I have a 10-hour layover in Pudong airport, Shanghai en-route to Hawaii. Can I get a 72-hour transit permit on arrival?

Dear, as you hold Indonesian passport, I'm afraid you can't get the 72h free transit on arrival, but it's ok. Since you only stop over for 10 hours, you still don't need the entry permit because you are eligible for the 24h direct transit program.
