About:China Visa

Norwegian passport holder travelling from UK to Australia needing 24 hour transit visa for Beijing

I am a Norwegian passport holder travelling to Australia via Beijing in January with my English husband.
I live and work in the UK. How do I get a 24 hour transit permit for the outward and return stop-over?

Rikke, when getting off, follow the direction boards to the transit check-in counter to handle relevant procedures and the immigration officer will stamp on your passport.

This is not correct according to my research as Norway is not part of a number of countries who can obtain their visa like you mentioned. :( so I keep searching!

Rikke, the 24 hour visa-free transit policy of China is applicable to all nationalities, so I think you can still follow the procedures mentioned above.
