About:China Visa

Staying in Shenzhen for 3 nights UK Citizen

Hi, We're staying in Hong Kong for new years then travelling to Shenzhen for 3 nights. Do we just apply for the 5 day VOA at the MTR station at Lo Wu with our UK passport or do we need to apply for a Chinese Visa in the UK as well before we arrive? I visited China in 2012 and my passport shows evidence of this but my girlfriend has never been into PRC before.

Hello, Chris, according to your situation, a five-day VOA is okay for you. Although your girlfriend hasn’t been to PRC before, she can apply for it.
