About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

want to have a family visit visa..

I came from Philippines and want to have a family visit type entry permit, what are requirements do i have to prepare since i am only a sister in law of a Chinese citizen's wife....

Cha, if you don't want to spend a long time there, you can simply apply for a tourist L type. The required documents will be your passport and a photocopy of it, application form, a recent photo, an invitation letter from your sister, and a financial standing proof.

If you want to spend a relatively long time, you need to apply for an S type. Except the above-mentioned documents, you need to submit a copy of your sister's passport and residence card, as well as your relationship certificate.
