Average Daily Balance

hi good evening, is the bank certificate average daily balance still required or ending balance will do! thanks

Kris, according to the website of the PRC embassy in the Philippine, first-timers should submit a "bank certificate of deposit balance including the past 6 months history of your bank account and the receipt for payment of this certificate". So I think the ending balance will do.
