hi good evening, is the bank certificate average daily balance still required or ending balance will do! thanks

Kris, according to the website of the PRC embassy in the Philippine, first-timers should submit a bank certificate of deposit balance including the past 6 months history of your bank account and the receipt for payment of this certificate. So I think the ending balance will do.
