Hiking Trail from Huashan Mountain Golden Lock Pass to East Peak & West Peak

We are reasonably fit senior seasonal hikers. We wish to avoid most difficult areas eg. South Peak. Please confirm after taking cable car to North Peak, we must climb Tianti & Conglong ridge to reach Jinsuo Guan? How long does it take? Then can we reach East Peak, then return to central peak to go to West Peak, then cablecar down? To avoid steep areas, is it easy to climb South peak from central peak and return same way? How long would whole trip take from North Peak with and without going to South Peak? Could u quote for 2 persons if u were to take us from Xian to Huashan & back to Xian? Does price include park entrance fee & both oneway cablecar ride?

Yes, you are right. After getting off the cable car, you need to climb to Golden Clock through Tianti and Canglongling. It takes about 40 – 50 mins.

Your climbing route is feasible, which enables you to avoiding the dangerous south peak. The whole trip may takes about 3.5 – 4 hours.

I suggest you join a local tour to the mountain, and the price usually includes the park entrance fee and cable car ride. In the railway stations, you can easily find such tour packages.
