i am a british passport holder need help. do i qualify for the 72 hr visa?

I would like to fly from UK to Beijing  onto Guangzhou on the same day. Stay for 2 nights and fly back to Beijing  and stay for a week.

No you don´t qualify for it. You can´t have a domestic flight  with the 72h twov.And if you wanna stay 1 week in Beijing, you need entry permit and can fly to Guangzhou whenever you want.
