Hello! I need to get the bus from Handan City to Anping and from Anping to Tianjin, can you help me?

There is no direct bus to Anping. You need to go to Hengshui first (schedules are from 06:50 to 17:30 with an interval of about an hour); then take a bus from Hengshui to Anping (I'm not clear about the schedule but interval is also about an hour; if you travel in daytime, it should not be a problem to catch one).
From Anping to Tianjin, you need to go back to Hengshui first, and then take a train to Tianjin. The train schedule is very dense. You can search for the details on this website.1
