I am 6 months pregnant and my employer said i need to go home and give birth the baby in the philippines. My problem is my entry permit already expired 3 months ago and i don't have enough money to pay for the penalty. what should i do?

Dear, anyway, I think you should report your situation to the local PSB because you have overstayed for 3 months. Don’t let it be more troublesome. I’m afraid you have to pay the penalty. In this way, you can apply for the exit pass to leave PRC. If you indeed cannot pay it, you can ask help from the embassy of Philippines in PRC.
