Your passport, the application form and your recent color photo and the round trip air tickets, hotel reservations need to be submitted if you want to come for relax or leisure purpose. Considering your circumstance, you can ask for the rush service which usually takes 2 working days and costs 318.4RM, provided that all the required documents are submitted.
