Dear Sir, I travelled china 4 times and i have chinese wife, but in PRC i stay some time 3 months, second time 15 days and third time stay only 23 days my marrige already more than 3 years, so if i want residence visa for one year can i get it, because i need to travel PRC in one year arround 3 or 4 times. kindly guid me.

Hello, Khan, considering your situation, you can try to apply for Q1 type which allows you to saty in PRC for more than 180 days. You need to prepare the required documents including your passport and its photocopy, your recently-taken color photo and the application form, an invitation letter from your wife and the copy of her ID card as well as your marriage certificate authenticated by the embassy and its copy. And then submit those materials to the embassy of PRC in your country and wait for the result. If you can get Q1 type, you should go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to apply for the residence permit within 30 days from the date of your entry.
