do we need visa for this trip

Hi, we are traveling from saudi arabia to hong kong for 5 days, then we plan to go to macau for 3 days. And our return to saudi is from hong kong. Just want to know if we need entry permit, considering that i hold saudi special passport and my brother hold saudi ordinary passport. thank you

Hello, Ahmed, you can enjoy free entry to Hong Kong for no more than 30 days because you are Saudi Arabia passport holders. If your special passport refers to diplomatic passport, then you can enter Macau freely, while your brother needs to apply for an entry permit and he can enjoy VOA.
