How long will a chinese visa last with multiple entries on it

I visited China a few years ago. The entry permit says: Enter Before: 13 February 2013 and the Issue Date is 13 Feb 2012, There is an M on Entries. Can I visit China again with this paper in 2016 or does it mean that the last time I can visit PRC on this entry permit is 13FEB2013?

Hi, Larry, this document has expired for a long time. The last time you can enter with it should be 13 Feb 2013. Therefore, you need to apply for new one to visit PRC again.
